CSR (Customer Service Representative) (Mississauga)

Job Description The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports the Operations Manager by providing outstanding customer support and management support. The purpose of this position is to provide frontline assistance in a courteous and professional manor to Stage West Express clients. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of administration and communication to clients, including order entry and developing quotes. Job Duties - Communicate directly with customers via phone, e-mail or fax - Gather customer information and fulfill customer needs - Provide quotations, sales order entry & tracking orders - Edit, enter and modify customer orders in an accurate and timely manner, as required - Represent the company through daily customer contact and relationship building - Work with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate account management and resolution of customer issues Job Qualifications - Minimum 2 years related customer service or industry experience - Strong computer skills - Ability to communicate effectively in a professional, positive and courteous manner at all times with all levels of customers, clients, and employees - Self-motivated with the ability to establish priorities - Ability to multitask - Excellent time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to apply problem solving techniques - Experience with TransPlus is an asset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Advantages: - Extended health care Education: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p0eho
