Hiring: Project Manager, PMO

Location: Mississauga, ON

We're partnering with a rapidly growing, internationally active infrastructure development platform to hire a Project Manager, PMO. This role sits at the center of strategy and execution, driving cross-functional projects from early opportunity development through handoff to design and delivery teams.

What you'll do:

• Manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects across development, land acquisition, sales, finance, and delivery
• Build and execute project plans that support executive decision-making and customer contracts
• Provide clear reporting, run efficient meetings, and manage risks across regions
• Lead thorough handoffs to design/delivery teams to ensure execution readiness
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and in-country partners

What we're looking for:

• Strong project management and PMO experience, or an Engineering or Architecture background
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving, international environments
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
