Corporate Restaurant Trainer (Mississauga)

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Corporate Restaurant Trainer to join our Operations team. Role Overview: As a Corporate Restaurant Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in new restaurant openings, training both new and existing franchisees, and ensuring all team members meet our high standards. This hands-on role combines leadership, training, and operational support to help our franchise network succeed. Key Responsibilities Lead in-restaurant and virtual training programs for corporate and franchise staff. Ensure all trainees meet company standards, policies, and procedures. Reinforce brand principles and elevate the guest experience. Conduct technical training, certifications, and evaluations for new employees and franchisees. Maintain training calendars, materials, and documentation. Mentor and provide feedback to team members and trainees. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and deliver training resources. Support restaurant openings, including weekend and extended-period travel. Assist in R&D; for new products, tastings, and kitchen tests. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Foodservice Management, or related field. Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital training tools is an asset. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/French) is an asset. Flexible with travel and schedule, including weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Experience developing training materials and curriculum is preferred. Why Join Us?
