Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and hardworking Order Desk, Fulfillment & Customer
Service Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the core link between our clients, sales team, and production floor. You will handle everything from order entry and client relations to sales optimization and final fulfillment coordination. This is a critical position requiring an individual who is exceptionally reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience in a label printing environment is highly valued, we will provide comprehensive training on our industry-specific ERP software, Labeltraxx. Order Desk & Data Management - Accurate processing and entry of all customer orders, specifications, and re-orders into our Labeltraxx ERP system. - Review incoming purchase orders (POs) for accuracy regarding pricing, materials, quantities, and delivery timelines. - Actively collaborate with the production scheduling team to track job progress and ensure customer deadlines are met. 2. Customer Service & Account Management - Serve as the primary, professional point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and portal communications. - Provide proactive updates to customers regarding order status, shipping details, and potential delays. - Resolve customer complaints or order discrepancies efficiently and with a high degree of diplomacy. 3. Sales Optimization - Identify opportunities to optimize active accounts (e.g., suggesting re-order volumes to maximize efficiency, tracking historical order patterns). - Assist the sales team by preparing accurate quotes, gathering technical project specifications, and setting up new customer profiles. - Follow up on open quotes to help close sales opportunities and drive business growth. 4. Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination - Coordinate final shipping and logistics details with warehouse personnel and third-party carriers. - Ensure all compliance labeling, packaging standards, and shipping documentation (packing slips, bills of lading) are flawlessly prepared. - Monitor inventory levels for recurring contract clients to trigger production run alerts before stock runs low. Qualifications & Skills - Experience: 2–5 years of experience in order management, customer service, or logistics coordination—preferably within a manufacturing, printing, or packaging workplace. - Technical Aptitude: Strong digital proficiency. Experience with ERP systems is required; specific experience with Labeltraxx is a significant asset, though full training will be provided. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is expected. - Work Ethic: Proven track record of being reliable, punctual, and highly organized with an ability to multitask under tight deadlines. - Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor. - Problem-Solving: A proactive, dynamic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent attention to detail.
