Job Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information about products and services - Book appointments, arranging deliveries. -Tracking, Tracing and updating customers. - Dispatching drivers. Route planning.
