Summary 's Roadhouse Bar and Grill is seeking a friendly and efficient individual to join our team as a Bartender or Server in our lively restaurant located in Canada. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with our commitment to hospitality excellence. Responsibilities - Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously. - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. - Take accurate food and drink orders using Micros POS system. - Ensure food safety and proper handling of all menu items. - Manage cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area. - Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service. - Uphold food industry standards and hospitality best practices. - Qualifications - Proven experience in restaurant or bar service. - Robust customer service skills with a friendly attitude. - Familiarity with Micros POS or similar systems. - Knowledge of food safety regulations. - Excellent time management skills. - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. - Basic math skills for order accuracy. - Previous experience in food handling and hospitality preferred. - Call-To-Action 's Roadhouse Bar and Grill invites passionate individuals to bring their energy and enthusiasm to our team.
