We invite you to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in delivering outstanding customer experiences, achieving sales and profit goals, and developing our team. Responsibilities - Assist the store manager in daily store operations, focusing on standards achievement and meeting sales and profit projections. - Create an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. - Develop team members’ product knowledge and skills through training and evaluation. - Recruit, select, and onboard recent team members. - Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures. - Perform additional operational and strategic duties as assigned. Qualifications - At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweller or specialty retailer. - Proficiency in operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware. - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, and schedule form. - Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
