This role, reporting to the Global Corporate Controller, demands a technically adept CPA with considerable experience in financial reporting and accounting oversight. You will spearhead several high-impact initiatives involving consolidated statements and audit coordination, ensuring technical accuracy throughout. Key Responsibilities: • Draft and maintain technical accounting position papers • Review financial entries for accuracy and compliance • Facilitate preparation of MD&A; reports and analysis • Collaborate with FP&A; and tax teams on financial strategies • Serve as primary contact for audit coordination Requirements: • 8+ years of comprehensive accounting experience • Background in Big 4 firms or similar preferred • In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards • Understanding of global tax frameworks and transfer pricing • Strong communication skills for presenting to leadership Excel as an Assistant Controller and make an impact in the commodities industry!
