Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our kitchen team and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and cooking, with a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and food safety. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing menu items, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards. Assist in menu preparation by providing input and ideas for daily specials. Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety practices are followed at all times. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist in overall kitchen cleanliness. Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency in every dish served. Assist with inventory control by properly storing and rotating stock. Work closely with other kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and smooth service. Skills Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and basic culinary techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
