ALTEN is seeking an Event Marketing Consultant to support a leading financial institution in Toronto. This role will strengthen the Operations, Events, Marketing, and Partnerships team by ensuring the seamless execution of high‑impact events, sponsorship activations, and operational excellence. The consultant will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences within a flagship corporate event space, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance brand visibility, client engagement, and regional marketingpriorities.Key Responsibilities

Manage event requests from intake to execution, adhering to established standards and timelines. Plan and coordinate national/regional events, sponsorship activations, conferences, receptions, and partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, partnerships) to ensure flawless event delivery.Act as a brand ambassador, overseeing daily operations of event spaces and managing stakeholder relationships. Identify gaps in visitor/event space usage and prioritize requests to optimize experience. Contribute to marketing projects, including report creation, data entry, and procedural documentation.Leverage AI tools to improve process efficiency and performance tracking. Ensure compliance with operational standards and service excellence. Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B marketing, event coordination, or communications. Skills

Event organization and operational management. Cross‑team collaboration and stakeholder communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to create promotional content and marketing materials. Strong analytical skills for performance tracking.
