We work in occupied homes where craftsmanship, respect, and consistency matter. The Role We are looking for a skilled painter who takes pride in their work and can consistently deliver high-quality residential finishes. This is a part-time position with consistent work available for the right person. Responsibilities - Interior residential painting (walls, ceilings, trim, doors) - Professional surface preparation (masking, caulking, sanding, minor repairs as needed) - Maintaining clean, organized, and respectful job sites - Working independently or with a small crew - Delivering consistent, high-standard finish quality with minimal supervision What We’re Looking For - Solid experience in residential painting (interior work required) - Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship - Reliable, punctual, and professional in client homes - Able to work efficiently without constant supervision - Comfortable maintaining a clean, high-end work environment - Transportation and basic tools preferred This is not a training position — we are looking for someone who already produces professional-quality work.
