Cook/Kitchen Hand (Mississauga)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Indian home cook to prepare daily meals for a household. The ideal candidate should be skilled in cooking a variety of Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, with a focus on taste, freshness, and hygiene. Responsibilities - Prepare daily home-cooked Indian meals (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) - Cook a variety of dishes including roti, rice, curries, dals, sabzis, and non-veg items - Plan meals based on household preferences - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times - Manage kitchen ingredients and assist with grocery preparation if needed - Ensure proper food storage and kitchen safety practices - Occasionally prepare special meals for guests or family gatherings Requirements - Previous experience as a home cook or chef (Indian cuisine preferred) - Robust knowledge of North Indian / South Indian cooking styles is an asset - Ability to cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals - Clean, organized, and hygienic working habits - Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable - Ability to work independently in a household setting Pay: From $2,000.00 per month Location: - Mississauga, ON (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pjm5e
