Work Term: Temporary Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience Tasks Maintain records on inventory control system Prepare and track work orders Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials Store items in warehouse, tool room or supply area Pack goods to be shipped Maintain inventory of supplies Order picking Verify receipts and packing slips Computer and technology knowledge MS Office Basic Equipment and machinery experience Industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts Pallet lifters Area of specialization Shipping and receiving Work conditions and physical capabilities Attention to detail Bending, crouching, kneeling Fast-paced workplace Physically demanding Repetitive tasks Standing for extended periods Work under pressure Weight handling Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Personal suitability Client focus Dependability Flexibility Organized Reliability Team player Values and ethics Punctuality Screening questions Are you authorized to work in Canada?
