Responsibilities Prepare and assemble meals with precision, ensuring adherence to menu specifications and dietary guidelines Assist in menu planning by suggesting creative dishes and seasonal offerings that delight guests Handle food safely by following proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene protocols Support food preparation activities including chopping, cooking, plating, and garnishing to ensure visually appealing presentations Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and food storage areas Serve guests efficiently while providing friendly, professional customer service Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods and special catering events Qualifications Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Proven background in food industry roles such as restaurant or catering service, with solid kitchen experience Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation techniques, and culinary principles Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation and cooking methods Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience working in fine dining environments or with specialized dietary needs is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team Join us to bring your culinary talents to life in an energetic setting where your skills make a real difference!
