Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality food service for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Uphold high standards of food handling, hygiene, and safety throughout all tasks Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending Passion for the food industry with a commitment to delivering quality dishes to guests This position is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts who thrive in agile environments.
