Retail Finish-Out Superintendent Position, Mississauga

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise subcontractors across all finish-out trades • Manage scheduling and delivery of materials overnight • Maintain updated project files using MS Excel and Outlook • Provide job-site progress photos through digital photography • Perform occasional hands-on labor as required

Requirements:• High School Diploma or trade school preferred • Minimum of 5 years in retail or restaurant construction • Experience as a Superintendent on remodeling projects • Ability to read construction documents • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
