on the team. Responsibilities
As an
Occupational Therapist
at Developing Hands Pediatric and Family Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for administering clinical formal and informal assessments and implementing treatment plans for
infants, children and adolescents
(ages 0-18) with a variety of diagnoses while adhering to the policies and procedures of the company. Services can be offered
In-Home/Schools/Daycares (across the GTA), In-Clinic (two clinic locations in Mississauga), and Virtually (all across Ontario).
Provide sensory and fine motor assessment and intervention for children who present with a broad range of functional concern. Manage an assigned caseload and contribute to the quality of care to clients through adherence to the professional standards of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.Support client families by providing individual and group training and resources to parents that will support the development of communication skills at home. Maintain regular contact with client families and keep them informed of treatment plans. Opportunities&Benefits

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Registered in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Registered with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists or the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists. Two years of clinical experience working with children is an asset.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Experience with clinical pediatric population is an asset. Well-developed clinical skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting. Strong organizational skills. Compensation
Compensation:
Highly competitive and rewarding.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual.
Salary:
Up to $142,000.00 per year.
