Hiring: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Maintain and update customer data files in company electronic Rolodex Provide daily written and verbal communications with customers, either internally or externally. To work with all relevant departments to ensure that the Company’s products and support services match up to customers’ expectationsTo manage and develop sales region as directed Ability to create and effectively manage customer quotes and orders, using the Quantum system. Accurately log and update customer interactions in the system to ensure proper follow-up and sales tracking. Support cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities within existing customer accounts.Assist other sales representative from time to time with organizing and prioritizing customer orders Cultivate customer relationships through daily outbound calls. Responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels. Provide after-sales support and follow-up.Provide weekly sales reports and forecast and report monthly/quarterly on sales targets and Key Performance Indicators for the assigned sales region as needed Follow up on sales leads and assist other team members as directed by Management Travel to customer sites and provide overview of 3 Points Aviation offerings and pricing details if requiredParticipate in and attend Aerospace and Manufacturing related shows and conferences if required Other duties as required by management Qualifications

At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Team player
