Warehouse Manager ( NOC 12013 - Level B ) (Mississauga)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our growing and dynamic team. This role supports daily warehouse operations including supervision, planning, assignment and review of work order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and retail store setup. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse distribution, eCommerce or retail fulfillment, is comfortable using warehouse management systems, and can safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks.Responsibilities

Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring proper documentation and handling of goods. Load and unload shipments using hand tools and pallet jacks. Pick, pack, and label orders accurately using order pickers and warehouse management systems (WMS). Resolve various problems and related complaints, and implement corrective measures and process improvements.Coordinate with shipping and courier companies for pickups and deliveries. Ensure proper packaging of products for shipment or storage. Perform inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following safety protocols. Utilize internal systems for order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and labeling.Perform the same duties as workers supervised and other duties as assigned. Assist with retail store setup, including assembling racks and moving inventory. Support recent store setup and other warehouse tasks as required. Requirements

1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse distribution, eCommerce, or retail fulfillment. Must be available for Saturday or Sunday when required. Experience with WMS, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely. Understanding of warehouse safety procedures, WHIMS, and SOPs.Fluent in English and able to manage team members. Friendly, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented. Valid G/G2 licence.
