Zumba Instructor (Mississauga)

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Zumba Instructor to lead engaging dance fitness classes that promote health, wellness, and fun. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in teaching group fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate participants of all skill levels. Duties - Lead dynamic Zumba classes that incorporate high-energy dance routines set to lively music - Create a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for participants of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels - Demonstrate proper dance techniques and modify routines as needed for different skill levels - Ensure safety protocols are followed during all classes to prevent injuries - Engage with participants to encourage continued participation and build a positive community atmosphere - Maintain class schedules and communicate class updates or changes effectively - Provide feedback and support to help participants achieve their fitness goals - Promote upcoming classes and events through appropriate channels to increase participation Qualifications - Proficiency in English; bilingual skills but not necessary. - Prior experience teaching Zumba or other group fitness classes is preferred for at least 2 years required. - Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of people - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor - Effective time management skills to organize classes and manage schedules efficiently - Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence and foster a positive environment - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Passion for health, wellness, and promoting an active lifestyle Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour Benefits - Casual dress - Flexible schedule - On-site parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pr70t
