UX Researcher (Mississauga)

UX Researcher KUBRA is hiring a UX Researcher to help shape meaningful, user-centered experiences in a hybrid role based in Mississauga, ON. Responsibilities Conduct exceptional user experience research, including generative interviews, concept‑testing, surveys, evaluative unmoderated studies, and usability testing. Recruit participants, manage mixed‑methods research projects, and collect data in person and remotely. Collate and analyze findings to produce high‑quality insights that inform product decisions. Translate research results into actionable recommendations for product, design, engineering, and other stakeholders. Advocate user‑centered design by presenting findings to diverse audiences through presentations and written documentation. Work cross‑functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize research opportunities. Participate in project and team meetings, and contribute to the optimization of research processes and workflows. Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience in mixed‑methods, user‑centered research. Proficiency with a wide range of research methods, including in‑depth 1:1 interviews, concept‑testing, unmoderated studies, usability testing, surveys, personas, journey mapping, and analytics tools. Knowledge of the technology industry, UX research trends, and B2B practices. Robust collaboration skills and proven ability to work independently in an agile environment. Excellent organization, time‑management, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. Proactive mindset, self‑motivation, and results‑focused attitude in a fast‑paced setting.
