About the Role KUBRA is hiring a UX Researcher to shape meaningful, user‑centered experiences in a hybrid role in Mississauga, ON. Key Responsibilities Conduct mixed‑methods user experience research, including interviews, concept testing, surveys, unmoderated studies, and usability testing. Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and advocate findings to diverse audiences via presentations and documentation. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to gather requirements, prioritize research opportunities, and inform product decisions. Optimize UX research processes and workflows to improve research efficiency. Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience in mixed‑methods user‑centered research. Proficiency in research methodologies such as in‑person and remote facilitation, concept testing, unmoderated studies, usability testing, surveys, personas, journey mapping, and analytics tools. Experience working in agile development environments with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Excellent organization, time management, problem‑solving, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.
