Lead Consultant – Oracle Fusion HCM – Core HR & Benefits, Talent and Learning Technology | Oracle Cloud | Global Human Resources Cloud (Core HR) Domain: Delivery Interest Group: Company Company: ITL Canada Requisition ID: 148748BR Infosys is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Techno Functional Lead to implement and support Benefits & Core HR modules for Canadian public sector clients. The role requires expert knowledge of Core HR and Benefits Management processes and their integration with Payroll, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences. Required Qualifications Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education. At least 7 years of Information Technology experience. Candidate authorized to work in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship. Required Skills Lead and execute implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR & Advantages modules for Canadian clients. Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance Testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR), and provide hyper‑care support. Utilize HCM technical tools: HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader. Explain complex technical solutions to technical, business, and management teams, including walkthroughs of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, and Change Requests. Lead customer discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports for Compensation, Benefits & Core HR and related modules. Apply comprehensive knowledge across the full SDLC, including Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation, and delivery. Minimum 12+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR & Benefits modules for Canadian Public Sector clients. Hands‑on experience with HCM technical tools such as HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader. Solid communication skills for delivering complex solutions to technical, business, and management audiences. Prepare status reports with RAG ratings, highlighting risks and mitigations, and maintain a RAID log. Preferred Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
