Explain benefit options clearly and effectively over Zoom. Ensure accurate and compliant documentation. Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up. Work collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency and service delivery. What We're Looking For Must be legally authorized to work in Canada High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary an asset) 1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, or client-facing roles preferred Key Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and documentation abilities Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Cooperative and team-oriented attitude Why Join Us?
