Registered Behaviour Analyst - Full Time (Mississauga)

Role Description

The Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) will design, implement, and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with developmental disabilities. The RBA will provide on-site services at our Mississauga, ON location and actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. This is a full‑time position requiring dedication to improving client outcomes and fostering continuous learning and development. Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments. Create and implement treatment plans. Train caregivers and staff. Monitor progress and make data‑driven decisions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications

Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), development of treatment plans, and performing behavior assessments. Solid communication and interpersonal skills for caregiver and staff training, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in monitoring progress, data collection, and making data‑driven decisions. Organizational skills to manage multiple cases and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Advanced degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing. Previous experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly advantageous. Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on best practices in behavior analysis.
