Type: Full time Pay Rate: $23.46 Shift: Monday - Friday Location: Toronto campus Perks

Assist supervisor in assigning work-direction to team members Assist with determining appropriate production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables by understanding the impact of work flow on productions by meeting performance standards Work and communicate with supervisor, team members and other departments to meet client SLA and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as required Responsible for training and coaching employees Provide ongoing information to supervisor regarding team member performance and participate in performance discussions Where applicable assist ISO Coordinator in ISO Audits and ISO certification requirements Promote LEAN Methodology by assisting in LEAN Manufacturing activities Promote 5-S to maintain a clean, organized and safe work area; comply with all safety and quality policies and conduct audits where assigned Regularly updating work instructions and process flows Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area Support and maintain corporate quality, health and safety standards, processes, policies, practices and work instructions. (ISO standards where applicable) All other duties as assigned Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required; 4 year college degree preferred Previous leadership responsibilities required 2+ years warehouse experience preferred Lean Manufacturing experience and use of various warehouse automation equipment (RF, Voice, etc.) a plus PC skills including Excel and Word Excellent math, reading, and communication (both verbal and written) skills Ability to effectively communicate and provide coaching and feedback to employees Superior attention to detail to ensure accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team leadership role Ability to balance and effectively utilize team resources Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds solo and greater weights in a team-lift setting Physical Requirements
Physical requirements include: lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods of time.
