In this role, you will cover the essentials of searching for top talent and help develop recruiting strategies that promote effective methods to source and evaluate talent for RubiconPath and maintain quality candidate pipelines for key positions and proactive growth. What you’ll do Own the full cycle recruiting process for roles, engaging, evaluating, and hiring top candidates to join our clients Manage the inbound applicant pipeline, while identifying passive job seekers using a full range of sourcing/attraction tactics and resources Provide a pleasant experience for every candidate from the applicant stage to offer while evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, salary recommendations, and closing of the candidate leading Move the needle on recruitment activities ensuring candidates are moving through the process What you’ll bring 3+ years of agency accounting and finance recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for accountants, controllers, bookkeepers, managers and other accounting roles.
