Overview We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Admin to support daily office operations and assist with accounting and project administration tasks using Sage 50 Accounting and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Duties - Maintain project and office records using Sage 50 Accounting and Excel - Process invoices, payments, and project-related expenses - Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tracking - Prepare and issue client invoices - Monitor labor hours and support project cost tracking - Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and text - Maintain organized filing systems and office records - Provide general administrative and clerical support - Help keep the office organized and running efficiently Qualifications - Experience with Sage 50 Accounting or similar accounting software - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications - Solid organizational and multitasking skills - Good communication and customer service abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Benefits: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Vision care Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ou0zi
