ServiceMaster Clean maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion. - General dusting, vacuuming, mopping - Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers - Emptying garbage and recycling - Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces - Spot Cleaning of walls and glass - Sanitizing touchpoints - Additional tasks as requested - Establish positive rapport with clients when possible - Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client - Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies QUALIFICATIONS - Communicate in English both written and verbally - Solid attention to detail - Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks - Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings - Works well independently and in a team environment - Be able to work consistent weekend shifts - A vehicle to commute to work locations - Have a criminal record check - Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
