Description
Position Summary The successful candidate will play a key role in the steam plant operation, RMS equipment, refining process, Dryer Control and Resin Process. Safely and efficiently monitors devices and systems to increase overall mill reliability. How does this role fit into the success of our organization? - Troubleshoots and maintains production equipment, which includes electrical, hydraulic, mechanic and pneumatic systems. - Follows acts, regulations and codes related to facilities, equipment, environmental protection, and Health & Safety - Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration activities - Complete and maintain records, logs and reports - Assist in the development of operation, maintenance and safety procedures - Adhere and implement all applicable company safety standards - Ability to work shift work including days, nights and weekends What are we looking for? - Knowledgeable - High School Diploma/GED. - New Brunswick Class 4 Power Engineering Ticket - Experienced - Minimum 2 years relative work experience servicing equipment. - Minimum 2 years working in a manufacturing setting. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Effective - Communication skills. - Problem solving skills. - Collaboration is key to Arauco’s success. This role requires collaboration with our teams Planners to be successful. Will also continuously communicate during shift rounds to stay up to date on needs.
