Requirements Must have: - We have at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems. - We can build and support production-ready software with clear modular separation, such as distinct components for parsing, business logic, and reporting. - We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we are comfortable working with SQL databases. - We have practical experience developing for live, real-world environments rather than mocked setups, including multi-turn system interactions. - We demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on nuanced system behavior. - We bring experience with multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering leads to reasoned outputs. - We are comfortable integrating agents with live tools and APIs, such as Supabase, Gmail, and other services, to solve real problems. - We understand how to implement persistent state and session tracking to monitor agent progress. - We can identify subtle issues such as privacy leaks, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injection. Responsibilities: - We help train advanced generative AI systems by providing high-quality human feedback. - We contribute to the development of proactive, multi-step agents that can plan, coordinate, and optimize complex real-world workflows. - We support projects focused on teaching AI systems how to design and manage architectural processes. - We evaluate system behavior in live environments and offer detailed technical observations. - We collaborate with leading AI organizations to improve the performance and reliability of large language models. - We analyze agent interactions across multiple steps and provide feedback that strengthens orchestration and decision-making. - We assess agent integrations with external tools and workflows to ensure they function effectively in practical settings. - We review outputs for subtle failure modes and flag risks related to safety, privacy, and authorization.
