In this important role at CLIC, you will champion effective return-to-work initiatives while collaborating with Case Managers and claims leaders. This position requires a strong focus on communication excellence and the ability to engage employers on accommodation issues. Your contributions will directly enhance the experiences of clients and employees alike. Key Responsibilities: - Provide coaching on effective return-to-work planning - Align change-of-definition processes across complex claims - Collaborate with leadership to refine claims strategies - Analyze workforce risk indicators and communicate findings - Engage with clients to identify workplace barriers Requirements: - 6-9 years in the disability field - Bachelor's in psychology is preferred - Strong negotiator and influencer - Exceptional client advisory capabilities - Ability to analyze and synthesize risk data Your skills in disability practice will significantly impact CLIC’s approach to claims management.
