Trolley is on the lookout for a proactive Financial Controller with a strong systems mindset. This position involves managing AP, payroll, and financial reporting across multiple entities, ensuring meticulous operational handling. You'll collaborate directly with leadership to keep financial processes transparent and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise multi-entity financial close processes • Ensure zero uncategorized balances in reconciled financials • Monitor account balances and cash flow schedules • Maintain documentation for W-9/1099 and vendor payments • Support modern finance automation tools for efficiency

Requirements:• Experience in managing multi-entity operations and close processes • In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and audit readiness • Proficient with ClickUp, QuickBooks Online, and Deel • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a high-accountability environment
