Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Barudan embroidery Machine Operator to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production process. The ideal candidate will have a solid attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate various types of machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards. Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting issues. Adjust machine settings as necessary to meet production specifications. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working setting. Experience Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred. Familiarity with operating BARUDEN machinery and understanding of mechanical processes is a plus. Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
