Role Description This is a full time, on-site Office Administrator role based in Moncton, NB. The Office Administrator will manage daily front-office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, responding to email inquiries, and directing customers to the appropriate team members. They will perform general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records and files, preparing quotes, invoices, and other basic documents. The role includes supporting sales and operations by entering orders, updating customer information, coordinating deliveries, and tracking inventory-related paperwork. The Office Administrator will also maintain office supplies and equipment, help ensure the showroom is organized and presentable, and collaborate with colleagues to provide productive, friendly service to both homeowners and contractors. Qualifications Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing workflows, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency with Office Equipment (e.g., phones, printers, scanners, point-of-sale or order entry systems) and computer skills (email, spreadsheets, word processing). Proficiency with Quickbooks, Google Docs/Workspace and Excel Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, suppliers, and team members. Demonstrated Customer Service experience, with a focus on being responsive, courteous, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time independently. Comfort working in office full time in Moncton, NB, with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
