Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting Shipper / Receiver / Warehouse Workers for a busy cold storage warehouse facility located in Dieppe, NB. This is a great prospect for dependable candidates with warehouse and material handling experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment around powered equipment. JOB DUTIES Candidates will be involved in shipping and receiving operations, stocking inventory, and supporting warehouse distribution processes. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) Preparing outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately Operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and loading/unloading trucks safely and efficiently Managing stock levels through inventory control procedures, including stocking and replenishment Ensuring compliance with all workplace safety protocols during warehouse operations Working with air cargo crews to prepare product for flights RATE OF PAY $21.00 - $22.00/hr + 4% vacation pay Wage commensurate with experience HOURS: Monday to Friday (Some weekend work possible) 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM Some overtime and schedule flexibility required depending on inbound/outbound freight Facility is open on weekends; weekend work may be required based on customer needs Dress Code: Casual, appropriate for warehouse work in a cold storage facility PPE REQUIREMENTS CSA-approved steel-toed boots Reflective safety vest (can be provided if necessary) REQUIREMENTS Forklift certification considered an asset; not required (experience required) Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Solid organizational and communication skills Robust basic math skills for inventory counts and order calculations Clear criminal record check required REFER TALENT, GET REWARDED Know someone already working with Integrated Staffing Ask us about our Employee Referral Bonus, if you refer someone for work, you could earn a $100 bonus.
