Hiring Unit: Athletics and Recreation Position Summary: - Assist with daily operations and promotion of recreational activities and events - Ensure proper setup of sporting equipment and facilities - Assist with equipment inventory and quality control - Assist with emergency procedures - Document and report any program-related issues - Supply a nightly report of activities - Provide good customer service - Report to Intramural Assistant Manager Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities - Referee experience and/or relevant sport experience required (2-3 years). - Experience with the McGill Intramural Community (asset) - Familiarity with Intramural management platforms (asset) - Robust interpersonal skills and ability to interact with participants - Knowledge of French and English.
