Power Platform Data Analyst, Montreal

We are seeking someone to join our team as a Power Platform Data Analyst. The candidate will be working in a team providing reporting through Power BI Dashboards leveraging Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.). The qualified candidate will bring their expertise in Power Platforms, and PowerBI data modeling, analytics and visualizations to define and create key benefits and performance measuring dashboards and reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI models, reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and analytics.

• Collaborate with internal fleet stakeholders and business users across locations to understand/document business requirements & deliver solutions for dashboard/reports

• Create and document dashboards, data sources, definitions, and logic.

• Support end users with training, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements to reporting solutions.

Required Skills

1. Minimum 3 years of experience with data analysis and BI technologies, minimum 5 years of overall working experience in the related

2. Expertise in Microsoft Power BI (Desktop and Service), DAX and Power Query (M)

3. Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI) and Dataverse

4. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

5. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly

6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in finance, investment banking, or related domains is a plus.

• An interest in emerging technologies, particularly use and application of GenAI tooling and capabilities.

• (Nice to have) Familiarity with Snowflake (particularly, Snowflake Cortex)
