POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing direct support to prospective customers who seek information on Company products and services via phone, chat or internet. The Customer Experience Representative supports branch sales personnel by gathering information and prequalifying potential sales leads. THE ROLE - Prequalify customer inquiry and assign information to appropriate salesperson or department. - Log, track, and communicate details of communication with customers. - Make outbound telephone calls and answer incoming sales calls. - Follow up with leads and record sales results. - Provide information by telephone, email, chat, or mail. - Participate in both branch and corporate training activities. - Perform other duties as assigned. KNOW HOW & EXPERIENCE - Fully Bilingual French and English. - Must be proficient with computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. - At least 1 year of related experience with material handling equipment is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. - Relationship building and time management skills. - Self-motivation with strong problem-solving capabilities. - Robust sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
