Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Experience in food service and hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication and multitasking skills. The Server will play a vital role in creating a positive atmosphere and promoting guest satisfaction through excellent service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures are followed Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Manage time efficiently during busy service hours to serve multiple tables effectively Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant workplace preferred but not required Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Ability to handle food safety standards and sanitation protocols Basic math skills for billing and cash handling tasks Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a rapid-paced setting Familiarity with food industry terminology, serving techniques, and hospitality practices Ability to work adaptable schedule including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory Join our team if you are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
