What will you be responsible for? - Client Engagement: Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs. Answer coverage questions, offer personalized advice and complete policy modifications. - Client Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to clients regarding the renewal of their policies to ensure we are continuously offering a policy that best suits their needs at a competitive price. - Communication: Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS with clients in French and English on a daily basis. Since we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential. - Performance Review: Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM system. - Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to achieve team objectives. Participate in developing strategies to boost client retention and overall satisfaction. - Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities. - Career Growth: Move towards a senior position in our insurance team or a team lead role after your first 2 years with us.
