Senior Functional AnalystFinance (Montreal)

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst – Finance position plays a key role in identifying, analyzing and translating business requirements and processes into D365 F&O; technological solutions. He provides guidance to the various stakeholders on how Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations can best answer their requirements, perform fit-gap analysis and build the Functional Design Documents required for a successful D365 F&O; implementation (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflows). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional requirements. - Translate business requirements into effective Microsoft D365 F&O; solutions, including configuration and design for module integration - Facilitate the implementation and support of Microsoft D365 F&O; to enhance business processes while resolving complex situations and handling operational escalations. - Identify and conduct required testing, including defining/supporting acceptance testing and gathering feedback from pre-release testers. - Participate in each phase of full-cycle Microsoft D365 F&O; implementations and organize working sessions with different stakeholders and team members. - Provide user training and documentation on specific solutions to ensure effective use of systems. - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure effective implementation and integration with other systems. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O; and related software applications. - Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Microsoft D365 F&O; ERP system. - Conduct business process analysis and identify key areas for improvement. - Monitor and actively resolve incidents, service requests and demand items through the ITSM Framework - Configure, chart of accounts, financial dimensions, posting definitions, period close, allocations, journals - Configure vendor setup, invoice journal, payment proposal, workflows - Configure ccustomer invoicing, cash receipts, credit and collections - Configure asset acquisition, depreciation books, transfers, and disposals - Configure Bank reconciliation, payment processing, positive pay, sales/use/VAT tax configuration, withholding tax, and Tax reporting - Experience with Electronic Reporting (ER) framework, and intercompany accounting setup WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS - Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations - Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Finance module - Proven ability to identify and formalize business needs, convert them into instances of use, user case histories and/or test cases. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an asset Pay: $125,000.00-$150,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC (Montréal) Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pswcs
