Part Time Players Club Representative (Montreal)

Become a Players Club Representative at Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino! This part-time role focuses on guest service and loyalty program management while working in an exciting casino workplace. As a key member of our team, you will engage guests, manage the Rock Star Rewards loyalty program, and assist patrons with inquiries and complaints. Your responsibilities will include enrolling guests, entering player data accurately, and maintaining a clean work area. Flexibility in working hours is essential, including evenings and weekends.
