We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to support our growing operations and lead the company’s financing, capital planning, and financial management strategies. - Oversee the company’s overall financial management across multiple business divisions, including food manufacturing, restaurant operations, wholesale distribution, warehousing, and energy infrastructure projects. - Develop and manage corporate financing strategies, including commercial lending, equipment financing, industrial expansion funding, and capital structure planning. - Lead negotiations with banks, financial institutions, investors, and government funding programs to secure financing for large‑scale projects and operational growth. - Prepare and consolidate financial reports, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and financial performance analysis across multiple subsidiaries and sectors. - Monitor debt structures, liquidity, and debt‑to‑equity ratios to support sustainable long‑term growth. - Evaluate financial risks and investment opportunities related to manufacturing facilities, EV charging infrastructure, gas stations, and industrial real estate projects. - Support strategic expansion planning, including acquisitions, infrastructure development, and operational scaling. - Ensure compliance with Canadian financial regulations, tax requirements, and corporate reporting standards. - Collaborate with executive management to develop long‑term financial strategies and business growth initiatives. - Coordinate with accountants, external auditors, lenders, and legal advisors regarding financing and corporate financial matters. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p2ywq
