We are looking for a qualified Customer Success Representative based in the Philippines to join our remote team. This is a full-time, remote position supporting our U.S. customers through phone, and text. You will help provide excellent customer service, assist with sales opportunities, and support thousands of customers across the Midwest. Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Mountain Time This is approximately 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time during U.S. daylight saving time. Responsibilities Answer customer calls, and text messages professionally Provide excellent customer service and support Help customers schedule, update, or manage pest control services Build strong relationships with customers Assist with warm sales opportunities and customer retention Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services Accurately update customer information in our CRM and internal systems Follow company processes, scripts, and service protocols Work closely with the U.S. sales and operations teams Handle multiple customer conversations in a fast-paced environment Requirements Excellent spoken and written English Strong attention to detail Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Comfortable using computers, CRMs, phone systems, email , and chat tools Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly Previous experience in customer service, sales support, appointment setting, virtual assistant work, or account management preferred Robust communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and willingness to be coached Must be comfortable working overnight Philippine hours Preferred Experience Customer service for a U.S.-based company Sales, appointment setting, or account management CRM experience such as Salesforce, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms Phone-based customer support Remote work experience Benefits Fully remote work-from-home position Full-time stable schedule Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing U.S. company Training provided Supportive team environment If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, reliable, and enjoy helping customers, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
