Description
As part of our Manufacturing team, you’ll bring innovation to life, transforming visionary designs into world‑class training solutions. You will play a key role in assembling, refining, and delivering products that support aviation and defence missions worldwide. Every detail you shape contributes to safety, precision, and performance.Key Responsibilities

Inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and testing aircraft systems Removing and replacing line replaceable units (LRUs) and components Performing specialty maintenance tasks in maintenance shops, as required Interpreting and applying technical publications and diagrams Maintaining tools and equipment required to perform assigned dutiesOrdering aircraft spare parts and materials Conducting flight line servicing operations Debriefing the Team Lead, as required Carrying out workplace inspections and clean‑up activities Filling the position of Desk Controller, as required Work Schedule

Monday to Friday Day shift: 7:00 AM– 3:00 PM Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Minimum 40 hours per week Some travel may be required Minimum Qualifications

Transport Canada–approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) Diploma or equivalent (including Canadian Forces Avionics Technician) Possession of a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) E License Minimum of 4 years of aircraft-related experience At least 3 years of 1st‑ and 2nd‑line maintenance experienceProven ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong oral and written communication skills Valid driver’s license Knowledge of aerospace design and maintenance practices Ability to work shifts Eligibility to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit) Ability to obtain a Reliability security clearance from the Government of CanadaAbility to successfully pass a security evaluation under the Controlled Goods Directorate of Canada Ability to meet CAE requirements for U.S. ITAR re‑transfer authorization Preferred Qualifications
