Senior Process Operator (Belle Plaine)

What youll do: Ensure the safe and effective operations of plant equipment and systems to ensure product is meeting established standards. Perform quality assurance tests on the product using testing instruments and making necessary corrective adjustments based on results. Perform equipment checks and minor maintenance as required. If an issue is identified, you will make the necessary machinery and equipment adjustments and implement the proper response. You will ensure all water testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Have relevant industrial experience. Have a 2nd Class Power Engineering Certificate, or a 3rd Class and actively working towards your 2nd. Have reliable transportation to drive to our plant in Belle Plaine for scheduled shifts. Are willing to comply with a pre-employment drug and alcohol test. Who youll work with: The Team: You will work closely with other Process Operators and will report to the Production Manager on a team that strives for a culture of collaboration, trust, and safe and reliable operations.
