What you’ll do

As a Customer Success Executive, you will build trusted advisor relationships with our enterprise clients, drive higher employee engagement, and enhance overall wellness through TELUS Health's innovative solutions. Your strategic planning, management, and measurement skills will drive business development and client success.Maintain the highest level of client allegiance by developing relationships at all levels within the client organization, particularly C‑level executives. Demonstrate a consultative client approach, building strong relationships and partnership by understanding clients’ needs, cultures, and business issues.Consult around workplace and/or organizational issues and develop creative solutions to those issues. Retain, grow, and manage TELUS Health's large account portfolios. Analyze and interpret data to recommend solutions to address workplace health issues. Assist with escalations and solution planning.Manage account profitability, working with service delivery teams to support financially efficient management of contracts. Align with senior leadership teams and collaborate with sales, implementation, and other groups to represent the voice of our customers and positively impact processes. Participate in proposal development and presentations to prospective organizations or during re‑tendering of existing clients.What you bring

5–7 years of experience in Account Management, Success Management or other customer‑facing relationship roles; B2B sales experience an asset. Experience providing premium level of service and personalized attention to C‑level clients. Understanding of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), wellness, mental health, health benefits, recognition, perks or human capital management markets.Highly effective consultative problem‑solving and project management approach, with a desire to exceed client expectations. High emotional intelligence and ability to resolve conflict wherever it arises. Desire and ability to negotiate and communicate successfully with clients. Strong self‑motivation and teamwork orientation.Proficiency with essential tools such as laptops, email, Office apps, smartphones, and CRM applications such as Salesforce. Excellent organizational skills, efficiency, and exceptional follow‑through. Availability for occasional in‑person client meetings. Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Health Sciences, or related field.Excellent oral and written communication skills in French an asset.
