Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to manage a crew, oversee daily maintenance operations, and ensure top-quality service on every property. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and leading a team. Responsibilities - Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew - Perform lawn care, trimming, pruning, clean-ups, and seasonal services - Ensure job quality, safety, and efficiency on-site - Communicate with clients and company management - Mentor crew members - Operate landscape equipment and trucks - Follow schedules and complete jobs on time Qualifications - 2+ years experience in landscaping or property maintenance - Previous leadership or crew supervision experience preferred - Valid driver’s license (Class 5) - Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail - Ability to work long days in outdoor conditions - Basic equipment and maintenance knowledge How to Apply Send your resume to Job Type: Seasonal Contract length: 8 months Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour Benefits: - On-site parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2psojs
