Your Role The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of project proposals, plans, budgets, and project reporting throughout the project life cycle. The role requires a sound working knowledge of the technical specifications and standards used throughout the commercial, industrial and institutional construction industry. Duties & Responsibilities - Project Leadership & Coordination - Project Planning & Execution - Change Management - Health, Safety, & Quality - Scheduling & Documentation - Budgeting, Reporting & Cost Control - Commissioning & Closeout Qualifications - Mechanical engineering or technical background with a minimum of three years’ experience in project management. - Minimum five years of experience in a mechanical industrial/commercial environment. - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, project documentation, drawings, and specifications. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with P6, Procore, Build Ops and project scheduling tools is an asset. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
